My methods
Psychoanalysis
The psychoanalytic approach provides a unique opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth. It encourages you to explore your past experiences, relationships, and dreams, with the goal of understanding how they shape your present. By recognizing and addressing the root causes of emotional distress or behavioral issues, we can work together to foster lasting change and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
Relation based therapy
Relation-based therapy offers a holistic perspective, acknowledging that our connections with others profoundly shape our psychological and emotional landscape. We'll work collaboratively to address communication patterns, attachment styles, and relational dynamics that may be contributing to emotional challenges By enhancing your relational insight and skills, we aim to improve the quality of your relationships and promote overall emotional health and fulfillment.
Art therapy
Art therapy is a creative and expressive form of therapy that allows individuals to communicate and process their emotions, experiences, and inner conflicts through various art mediums. Through this visual and tactile exploration, clients can often access and express feelings that may be challenging to convey verbally.
Movement therapy
Movement therapy uses the language of the body to explore and address emotional and psychological challenges. Through mindful movement, breath-work, and embodiment techniques, we'll work together to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and holistic well-being, helping you reconnect with your inner self and achieve a sense of balance and harmony in both body and mind.
Overcoming Social Anxiety and Intrusive Thoughts
SH. U.
I was 28 when I finally decided to seek help. I had been struggling for so long with intense social anxiety and intrusive thoughts that felt like they were running my life. Every day was a battle just to get through, and I knew I couldn’t keep living like that. When I started psychoanalysis, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was ready to try anything. My therapist helped me dig deep into my past, uncovering childhood experiences and unresolved emotions that I had buried for years. It wasn’t easy—there were a lot of difficult moments, but my therapist was always there, guiding me with patience and understanding. Slowly, I began to see changes. The intrusive thoughts that used to dominate my mind started to fade, and I found myself feeling less overwhelmed and more in control. Social situations that once terrified me became more manageable, and I began to feel a sense of confidence I hadn’t known in years. The process was challenging, but it transformed how I see myself and the world around me.
Embracing Identity and Finding Support in Group Therapy
Coming to terms with my gender identity and sexuality was a deeply personal and challenging journey. When I first joined group therapy, I felt confused and isolated, unsure of where I fit in and how to express who I truly was. The process of exploring my identity felt overwhelming, and I struggled with fear and uncertainty about how others would react. Group therapy offered a unique kind of support that I hadn’t experienced before. Being surrounded by people who were also navigating their own journeys made me feel less alone and more understood. Sharing my experiences and hearing others' stories helped me to see that my feelings were valid and that I wasn’t alone in my struggles. The empathy and acceptance within the group allowed me to explore my identity with greater confidence and self-compassion. As I opened up and connected with others, I began to embrace my true self and found a sense of belonging and support that made a significant difference in my journey toward self-acceptance.

Breaking Free from Obsessive Thoughts and Compulsions
L. T.
Living with obsessive thoughts and the need to perform compulsive behaviors felt like I was trapped in an exhausting loop that I couldn’t escape. It was as if my mind was constantly at war with itself, and I didn’t know how to find peace. When I decided to try psychoanalysis, I was desperate for relief but unsure if anything could really help. My therapist and I began to uncover the deeper fears and unresolved issues that were driving my compulsions. This process wasn’t easy—there were many tough moments where I had to face things I’d kept buried for so long. But slowly, I started to notice a change. The compulsions that once controlled me began to loosen their grip, and I found myself able to resist the urges that had dictated my life for so long. It wasn’t a quick fix, but over time, I gained a new understanding of my mind and emotions, and with that came a sense of freedom I never thought possible. Now, I’m living with less fear and more control over my life.
